# ChurchTranslator.AI

> Real-time AI translation for church services: the speaker preaches in any of 98 languages and every listener hears their own language on their own phone by scanning a QR code — no app to install, unlimited listeners, live captions included on every plan.

ChurchTranslator.AI is a SaaS platform for churches. A booth computer (or phone, or streaming encoder) sends the service audio to the platform; the platform translates it live into every language the church has enabled and streams translated audio plus captions to listeners' phones, to on-screen caption displays, and into ProPresenter or OBS.

## Key facts

- 98 languages, every one usable as both the speaker's language and a translation target. The roster is published in full and enforced in our release process — a language on the list is a language you can run today.
- Two translation engines on every plan: Natural Voice (V2) — the default — speaks about 3–4 seconds behind the speaker (measured end to end in production); Live Interpreter (V1) starts speaking in under a second and keeps pace with the speaker, mirroring their own voice.
- All enabled languages translate simultaneously.
- Unlimited listeners on every plan. Listeners scan a printed QR code, pick a language and tap play — a web page, no app store install, no account.
- Live captions are included free on every plan, in the speaker's own language and in every translated language, on phones and on screens.
- Billing is by service hours on one clock: the wall-clock time from Start to Stop, counted once no matter how many languages are live. Running more languages never uses hours faster. (VIP adds a separate allowance of 150 language-hours a month because it opens every language at once.)
- Free trial: the first 4 hours of live service time are free, with full platform access; the trial ends after 4 hours or 14 days, whichever comes first. A card is collected at signup, nothing is charged during the trial.

## Pricing (USD, per month)

- Starter — $39/mo: 6 service hours, 2 translated languages, plus free captions in the speaker's language. One Sunday service a week.
- Growth — $89/mo: 12 service hours, 4 translated languages. Multi-service weeks and midweek gatherings. The plan most churches pick.
- Pro — $199/mo: 30 service hours, 6 translated languages (+$9.99/mo per additional language). Daily services, conferences, high-volume churches.
- VIP — $499/mo: 30 service hours, every language (up to 25 running at once), 150 language-hours included then $3.00 per language-hour. Conferences and multi-ethnic congregations.
- Overage on every plan: $4.50 per service hour past the bundle, prorated to the minute. Hitting the cap never interrupts a live service.
- Worked example: a church running one 75-minute service a week in 3 languages uses ~5.5 service hours a month → Growth, $89/mo, all three languages included.

## How a church connects

- Capture paths: Mac app, Windows app, browser capture, phone-as-mic, RTMP (any encoder or streaming console), and Zoom.
- Audio source: a USB audio interface or a line output from the sound system; the desktop apps pick the booth's audio device.
- Captions on screens: a dedicated caption monitor page, a lower-third for the livestream, and a browser-source feed for ProPresenter or OBS.
- Booth control: a native Elgato Stream Deck plugin and a Bitfocus Companion module (Start / Stop / Pause from the booth), including remote start of an idle capture app.
- Scheduled services: auto-start and stop on the church's schedule from the dashboard.
- Kiosk: a /display page renders a giant phone-style listener view for a lobby TV or conference booth.
- Custom domain: listeners can use the church's own hostname (for example translate.yourchurch.org) with free TLS.
