Free live translation for your Christian conference
Every attendee hears every session in their own language, on their own phone. We translate your conference live and free. All we ask is a small credit on the listener page and one mention from the stage.
What your conference gets
- Live translated audio and captions in every language we offer — 98 of them. Each attendee picks their own.
- Nothing for attendees to install: they scan a QR code with their phone camera and listen with their own headphones.
- Captions for your screens: a captions page for projectors and TVs, and live captions in ProPresenter.
- Translated audio into your sound system, one channel per language, for interpreter headsets or an existing receiver system.
- A ready-made slide with your QR code for the screens between sessions.
- No charge for the event: nothing is billed and no hours are used during your conference dates.
What we ask in return
Two things, and nothing else:
- A credit on the listener page — one line, "Live translation by ChurchTranslator.AI". We switch it on for your event dates; you don't have to do anything.
- One mention from the stage, when your host announces the translation QR code.
No sponsor packages, no booth fees, no contract.
How it works
Apply
Tell us about your conference with the form below: dates, place, size and the languages you expect.
We reply
We read every application and reply by email. If your church already uses ChurchTranslator, we switch your account into event mode for the conference dates; if not, we set one up for the event.
Test before the doors open
Your sound team connects a computer to the sound desk, and we help you run a test with your own audio before the first session.
Attendees scan and listen
Put the QR code on your screens and in your program. Attendees choose a language and listen — on Wi-Fi or their own mobile data.
Who can apply
Any Christian conference: denominational conventions, youth and worship conferences, leadership gatherings, missions events and camps, large or small.
We look at each application by hand — the dates, the size and the languages — and say yes to as many as we can.
Questions organizers ask
Is it really free?
Yes. During your conference dates nothing is billed and no hours are used. Afterwards your church can keep using ChurchTranslator on a normal plan — or not. There is nothing to cancel.
How many languages can we offer?
Every language we offer, 98 in all. You don't have to choose in advance: each attendee picks their own on their phone.
Do attendees need an app?
No. They scan the QR code with their phone camera and listen in the browser with their own headphones. iPhone users can also use our free app.
What do we need at the venue?
A computer connected to your sound desk (our Mac or Windows app, or a web browser) with an internet connection. Attendees use the venue Wi-Fi or their own mobile data.
Can we show captions on the big screens?
Yes. There is a captions page you can show on projectors and TVs, and live captions in ProPresenter.
What does the credit look like?
One line on the listener page that attendees see after scanning: "Live translation by ChurchTranslator.AI". It appears only during your event.
