Every plan is a monthly bundle of service hours — the wall-clock time from when you press Start to when you press Stop, no matter how many languages are live at once. Starter covers a typical Sunday-service church, Growth adds hours and languages for multi-service weeks, Pro is built for daily services and conference weeks, and VIP opens every language we support.

How hours are counted: by the clock, not per language. A 30-minute service uses 30 minutes of your bundle whether one language or all of them are translating at the same time — running more languages never uses your service hours up faster. (VIP adds a second, separate allowance of 150 language-hours a month, because "every language at once" is the thing it sells.)

* Free trial: your first 4 hours of live service time are completely free, with full platform access and nothing charged. The trial ends when you've used the 4 hours or after 14 days, whichever comes first — then your plan's normal monthly billing begins. Hours on every plan are measured as wall-clock service time, from the moment you press Start to the moment you press Stop, no matter how many languages are translating at once. Time past your included hours simply bills at $4.50/hr, prorated to the minute — hitting the end of your bundle never interrupts a live service.
