We're a small team and we answer our own support email. Write to help@churchtranslator.ai and you'll hear back within one business day — usually much faster, and we prioritize anything blocking an upcoming service.

What to include

• Your church's listener address (for example yourchurch.churchtranslator.ai)
• What you were doing and what happened instead
• The approximate time it happened (with timezone)

Zoom integration

Setup help for using ChurchTranslator with Zoom lives on the Zoom integration page. To disconnect Zoom from your church, uninstall the app from your Zoom account (Zoom Marketplace → Manage → Added Apps) or use your dashboard's Streaming & Zoom page — either way the connection and its credentials are revoked immediately.

Audio Dubbing
