How hours are counted: by the clock, not per language. A 30-minute service uses 30 minutes of your bundle whether one language or all of them are translating at the same time — running more languages never uses your service hours up faster. (VIP adds a second, separate allowance of 150 language-hours a month, because "every language at once" is the thing it sells.)
* Free trial: your first 4 hours of live service time are completely free, with full platform access and nothing charged. The trial ends when you've used the 4 hours or after 14 days, whichever comes first — then your plan's normal monthly billing begins. Hours on every plan are measured as wall-clock service time, from the moment you press Start to the moment you press Stop, no matter how many languages are translating at once. Time past your included hours simply bills at $4.50/hr, prorated to the minute — hitting the end of your bundle never interrupts a live service.

What does our church need to get started?
A clear speech feed from your sound system, an internet-connected capture computer, and your selected translation languages. Use the Mac app, Windows app (beta), or browser capture, then test the full listening experience before a service.
Do listeners need to install an app?
No. Share your church’s listener link or QR code. People open it in their phone’s browser, choose a language, and listen with headphones or read captions.
Can we show captions on our church screens?
Yes. The dashboard includes caption layouts for an in-room monitor, ProPresenter and OBS browser sources. Choose the language and appearance, then test your display setup.
How quickly does the translation arrive?
Translation runs live during your service, with a delay between the speaker and the translated message. The delay varies by language, voice mode and connection—try your setup before Sunday.
Can we translate recorded messages too?
The platform also has an Audio Dubbing workflow for recorded content. It is separate from live service translation; check account availability and job limits before planning a release.
How does the trial work?
The published trial includes 4 service hours or 14 days, whichever comes first, followed by normal billing. Review current plan, payment and overage terms before signing up. Your trial begins through the signup and checkout flow.
